“Cultivating a vineyard naturally is like dancing between Heaven and Earth". This phrase captures the meaning of the work in Auriel's vineyards. It's a labor where the body participates in a creative act that requires constant effort and attention, for many months of the year.

Auriel means "angel of light," a figure from the apocryphal gospels, the great archangel protector of the Earth and guardian of the mysteries that lie in the depths of the living world.

We cultivate according to the modern biodynamic method. We work the land with respect to encourage the action of the natural elements in the vineyard. In winemaking, we follow the same criteria applied to our work in the vineyards, carefully and attentively managing the natural transformation of musts into wine.
