Soc. Coop. Valli Unite

Valli Unite is a wine cooperative based in the Colli Tortonesi hills of Piedmont, Italy. Rooted in organic farming and collective work, the project focuses on expressing the identity of its native grape varieties and territory.

The winery produces wines from Timorasso, Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina, Cortese, and Favorita, cultivated with respect for biodiversity and vinified with a low-intervention approach — no selected yeasts, no sterile filtration, and no unnecessary additives.

The range includes still wines, bottle-fermented styles, and traditional method sparkling wines. Each bottle reflects the character of the vintage and the authenticity of the Colli Tortonesi.
