Rocca Rondinaria - Castello Rocca Grimalda

The historical profyle of the castle, have adressed the chose to recover vineyards, which had been abandoned for many years, but was famous, at the same time, for the excellent quality of the wines produced. The castle’s environment is characterized by steep grounds with a strong biodiversity. It’s fifteenth-century cellar is semi-hypogean with a precious stable temperature and percentage of humidity. Our work in the vineyard and in the cellar is inspired by respect and dialogue with nature in order to offer a wine that represents in an original way the energies and characteristics of the specific terroir, the vintage and the sensitivity of the winemaker.
