Marne Oro Gavi DOCG 2022

Obtained through the vinification of fully golden grapes, hand-picked from selected vineyards, it matures for several months in concrete tanks, with regular stirring (Batonage) to keep the Fine Lees in suspension, thus enriching it with aromatic and structural characteristics. The result is a full-bodied and harmonious wine that pairs well with fish dishes and cheeses.
Serve chilled in medium-sized wine glasses.

Ottenuto mediante la vinificazione di uve ben dorate, raccolte manualmente da vigneti selezionati, resta per alcuni mesi a maturare botti di cemento, mantenendo mediante agitazione (Batonage)  in sospensione le Fecce Fini ,  arricchendosi così di caratteristiche aromatiche e strutturali. Il risultato è un vino pieno e armonico da abbinare a piatti a base di pesce e formaggi.
