GIOIA, VSQ classic method sparkling wine with zero dosage (Pas Dosé), obtained from black grapes vinified in white and then made into sparkling wine. Minimum stay on yeasts of 24 months. Fresh sparkling wine with persistent bubbles, good basic acidity with classic perfume notes of our basic red grapes. Excellent for aperitifs, but does not disdain pairing with any meal.
