About
Made from organic Dolcetto grapes, this wine undergoes a short maceration in wooden barrels. Thanks to the constant temperature of the underground cellar (18–20 °C), malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in autumn, allowing the wine to be ready for bottling in the early months of the year. With 2–3 years of aging, the ruby red color deepens toward garnet, the aroma is winy, and the taste is dry, soft, and pleasantly almond-like.
