About
The Nebbiolo grapes harvested at the beginning of September
after destemming-crushing macerate for a few hours, extracting
the primary aromas of the grapes of origin. The must, obtained
from the subsequent static draining in the press, carries out alcoholic
fermentation at low temperatures, enhancing the olfactory, floral and
fruity gustatory sensations, inhibiting malolactic fermentation
WINE MATURATION
Minimum 4 months on fine lees in batonage
THE WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS
The nose recalls notes of flowers, with nuances of red fruits. On the
palate it is pleasant, round with a pleasant acidity, clear and with good
freshness. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
WINE AND FOOD
Roseus Est Rovero excellent as an aperitif, ideal in combination with
grilled dishes, such as vegetables, white meats, chicken barbecue,
fish, pasta salads
