Vilogia is a social housing company owning and managing a stock of 77 000 dwellings. The company actively participates in projects that focus on: 1) the reduction of energy consumption of its building stock, helping the tenants in better management of their energy bills; 2) the reduction of its ecological footprint, using new materials (in particular biobased materials) and construction techniques to construct and refurbish social housing, as long as working on including circular economy principles in the construction and refurbishment processes.
