Interfil AS is a leading manufacturer of air filters in Norway with a market share of 30%. Founded in 1989, the company has steadily expanded in both product range and area. We specialize in manufacturing pocket filters for HVAC systems across industrial, public, and recidential buildings, along with other air filter types. Our filters are produced with aluminium or wooden frames, and with micro fiberglass nonwoven or synthetic filter media. With 79 employees and 15 000 m² manufactory located in Skjåk Norway and a sales office with a warehouse in Oslo, Interfil produces and sells around 230 000 filters annually. In 2024, our revenue reached 198 million NOK. Sustainability is at the core of our company, focusing on air filter quality, energy efficiency, and environmental impact. We have Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for four products and are committed to advancing our sustainability efforts. As part of this, we aim to develop recycling solutions for glass fiber filter media waste from both production and used air filters. This aligns with our interest in participating in this EU collaboration project.
