The company is driving a strategic focus on innovation applied to the building sector. This service is delivered through participation in research projects at the regional (TRADE), national (CDTI), European (e.g. Horizon Europe), and international levels, aimed at developing technologies, digital solutions, and advanced methodologies that contribute to transforming the sector toward more efficient, circular, and decarbonized models. The fundamental purpose of this activity is to create and validate innovative tools that can be transferred to the market, driving a real and measurable impact on improving energy performance, reducing emissions, and optimizing resources in buildings. The research projects in which the company participates cover various key areas for the sustainable transition of the sector, including:

  • Digital Technologies and Applications for Sustainability: Support in the development of digital platforms and tools for environmental life cycle analysis and circularity; Tools to support sustainable design based on modelling and data.

  • Digital Product Passports (DPPs): Methodologies for collecting, verifying, and structuring environmental product information; Support in the integration with BIM tools and materials databases; Application to facilitate circularity and traceability decisions.

  • Data Management: Processing and analysis of environmental and energy data; Integration of databases of materials and construction solutions; Development of automated indicators for impact measurement.

  • Recycling and Reuse of Materials; Technologies and methodologies for identifying valorization opportunities; Classification and management systems for construction waste; Evaluation of recovered materials and their potential use in new projects.
