About

Fixed-point admission for circular anode manufacturing - from measurable circularity criterion to TRL 6-8 demonstrator.

We bring a validated method that replaces week-long requalification cycling of incoming recycled material lots by an in-line computational verdict (minutes): a design-supply fixed-point solver admitting or rejecting each lot against a line-calibrated invariant. Proven by execution on a digital twin (sealed campaign trace); calendar-ageing model (SOC x T factorisation) validated on three independent datasets (labelled data obtained from RWTH Aachen ISEA, plus TUM and Stroebl datasets).

We offer: the method and its software solver; the sealed probatory QA framework (pre-registered protocols, SHA-256 traces over a 5,900+ file research corpus); the IP (two INPI patent applications in deposit: fixed-point lot admission line; circular anode design method); the pilot-line definition package (demonstrator annex: 48 m x 14 m layout, utilities, agent-swarm control layer, milestones MS1-M36, KPIs).

LOOKING FOR - partner requests:

  1. Pilot-line operator / battery test laboratory (research organisation, university, or industrial pilot-line operator - preferably Innlandet (Norway) or Vienna (Austria) region): host Tranche 1 (M12) - admission station (particle sizing, XRF; solver bay) - then Tranches 2-3 (M24-M36): mixing, coating, drying, calendering, storage, EIS outgoing control. We provide the line definition package and the control-layer software (agent swarm, audit-grade logging).

  2. Recycler / producer of anode materials (regenerated graphite, silicon - preferably Madrid, Extremadura or Greece region): supply certified material lots (recycled content, purity) for admission campaigns; co-define the lot certificate schema feeding the admission solver.

  3. BESS / automotive integrator (optional): end-user of the in-line acceptance criterion; specification of industrial use cases for anodes with >= 25% recycled graphite and up to 40% silicon substitution.

Also open to Topic 5 (digital circular-economy tools, EUR 200-700k, SME required) with a lighter second-life battery certification tool.

Anchorage: Hauts-de-France (France) - eligible to the dedicated HDF envelope (EUR 1.15 M). Meetings online weeks 33-35; consortium assembly early September; submission 17 September 2026. Languages: English, French.
