Advanced sustainability assessment
Senior Research Fellow 'Cesar Nombela' at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

About
Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) offers advanced expertise in advanced sustainability assessment of products, systems and services. Our multidisciplinary team specialises in environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Social LCA (S-LCA), Techno-Economic Analysis (TEA), circularity, and raw material criticality. We provide science-based evaluations that guide solutions development and decision-making according to sustainability-by-design criteria.
We support partners by:
-
Modeling and quantifying environmental, social, and economic impacts (both global and local effects).
-
Evaluating the circularity index of the solutions developed.
-
Assessing critical material supply risks and stakeholder impacts.
-
Integrating assessments through overall sustainability frameworks and decision-making tools like multi-criteria decision analysis.
Our experience covers EU-funded projects and industrial collaborations. We are actively seeking consortia to join, supporting the sustainability assessment of their solutions proposed.
Let’s collaborate to ensure your innovation meets future sustainability standards and societal expectations.
