The Circular Economy as a source of inspiration for innovation, digitalization, and collaboration.

We help organizations identify opportunities for innovation, digitalization, and collaboration, using the concepts and strategies of the Circular Economy as inspiration, and develop a roadmap for transitioning to the economic model proposed by the Circular Economy.

We begin with a training session, tailored to the company's sector, on the concepts and proposals of the Circular Economy and their relationship with the SDGs. This is complemented by a session to identify actions already implemented in the organization that respond to this model.

We continue with a session to identify the business challenge to be addressed with the management team.

We organize workshops with multidisciplinary teams to identify actions already implemented that respond to Circular Economy strategies, generate and select innovative ideas, always results-oriented and responding to the identified business challenge.

We complete the collaboration with sessions to support the development of project proposals to be presented to the Board for the final decision on the ideas to be implemented, and the development of a Roadmap that includes all the necessary actions for the transition to the model.
