Acerca de
In the context of the Circular Economy (textiles, EV batteries, and CDW), ensuring the safety of recovered materials is vital. Our Unit specializes in the development of advanced methodologies for both regulated and non-regulated pollutants across multiple matrices.
How we can contribute to your project:
-
Advance Analysis: Target, suspect, and non-target screening to identify emerging contaminants in recycled materials (e.g., textiles, EV batteries or construction waste).
-
Monitoring: Evaluation of the environmental fate and behavior of pollutants in industrial and urban ecosystems.
-
Decontamination and emissions: Design of strategies for the safe destruction or removal of POPs and ECs during recycling processes.
-
Environmental and Human Risk: Assessment of exposure and risk associated with the reuse of materials, ensuring "toxic-free" circular loops.
We have experience in H2020 and other international projects, and we are equipped with state-of-the-art analytical technology.
If you are building a consortium and looking for a partner, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss a potential collaboration.
