Bodegas Solana de Ramírez Ruiz is a family-owned winery rooted in tradition since 1985, with several generations dedicated to cultivating their vineyards and crafting authentic Rioja wines. Located in Ábalos and San Vicente de la Sonsierra (Rioja Alta), the winery oversees 60 hectares of estate vineyards—80% Tempranillo and 20% Graciano, Garnacha, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Malvasía, Verdejo, and other varieties. Influenced by the Sierra Cantabria and the Ebro River, and nurtured by exceptional clay-limestone soils, these vineyards produce grapes of outstanding quality.

With an annual production of 500,000 kilos of grapes, the family combines modern winemaking technology with the most traditional, artisanal methods to create wines of character and authenticity. Aging takes place in an exclusive underground cellar housing 500 barrels of American, French, and Navarran oak, ensuring depth, elegance, and longevity.

Every wine is crafted with utmost care and respect for its natural fermentation process, resulting in expressive, high-quality Rioja wines recognized both in Spain and internationally.
