UGLY CAKE is a Latvian social enterprise, artisan bakery and confectionery combining traditional craftsmanship with modern food ideas and a strong social mission.

We produce artisan sourdough bread, traditional Latvian pastries, cakes and desserts, cookies, snacks, vegan and gluten-free products, as well as innovative freeze-dried desserts. We value high-quality ingredients, handmade production and authentic flavours while continuously experimenting with new technologies and product concepts.

An important part of UGLY CAKE is our social impact. We create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities and provide a supportive environment where employees can develop professional and practical skills. Revenue from our business helps us create new jobs and develop educational and community activities.

Alongside production, we organise workshops for children, adults, seniors and people with special needs, sharing practical skills and the joy of creating food together.
