**It all starts in the vineyard. We take care of our vineyards in an integrated way, combined with a sustainable cultivation system. In the Small Carpathian region, we grow 50% white and 50% red grape varieties. The quality of the grapes is also monitored every year by our team of winegrowers, including the largest monolith carved from a single piece of stone, the ELESKO statue. The weight of the monolith (travertine) is 150 tons. The author of the statue is Bohuš Kubinský, a famous Slovak sculptor.
