Leoprint (UAB Leoprint) is an FSC-certified flexible packaging manufacturer based in Vilnius, Lithuania, specializing in sustainable paper-based packaging for the food industry. The company operates a vertically integrated, fully solvent-free production facility using flexographic printing (up to 10 colors) and water-based barrier coating technology.

Leoprint's product range includes five core categories:

Flexible Packaging — heat-sealable paper tea envelopes and tags (engineered for IMA, Teepack, and Fuso lines at 300+ PPM), PAP 22 recyclable flow-pack paper for HFFS/VFFS confectionery and bakery lines, and aluminium foil laminates for dairy and frozen products (compatible with Benhil and Trepko wrapping lines).

Printed Paper Banderoles — gummed paper bands with water-activated vegetable glue and patented Easy-Open function, designed to replace plastic shrink wrap on trash bag and bin liner rolls.

Self-Adhesive Labels — custom printed flexo labels on Avery Dennison and Arconvert substrates for food, beverage, and retail, plus blank thermal and laser labels optimized for Zebra, Sato, and Datamax printers in logistics.

Paper Bags & Wrapping Sheets — block bottom (SOS) bags, V-shape bakery bags with translucent paper windows, and grease-resistant custom printed wrapping sheets with Registered Cut technology.

Barrier Coating & Conversion Services — water-based functionalization that transforms standard paper into high-performance packaging substrates, replacing wax and PE lamination with fully repulpable alternatives.
