I find important to put common sense in everything I do by asking the right questions and dare to challenge.
Being an analyst and people-oriented person, I am comfortable on all phases of a project and especially in implementation.

Planning, organizing, counselling and especially sharing experience through training / coaching are some of my strengths.
I like to grow and to learn through missions.

Also with several years as computer scientist I am very comfortable in an IT environment like Web, services, Cloud, Databases, Business Intelligence, Software engineering, e-Learning & knowledge mgt, Support.

Besides my career, I greatly appreciate the practical side of manual work and I'm not afraid to be physically involved.
I have developed strong skills thanks to private and/or customer projects since 2008: renovation of a former farm, Management/Coordination of cooperative (building) and DIY (see details below in 'projects'), ...
