Alpina S.p.A.

Alpina S.p.A. is one of the oldest Italian engineering companies, established in Milan in 1954. Formerly owned by holding companies, since 1989 is owned by the professionals who work there.

Alpina performs designs for large-scale infrastructures and buildings, feasibility and territorial planning studies, work supervision, technical and financial and administrative consultancy. Projects are managed with attention to safety, environment, cost benefit optimization and according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Alpina developed projects in more than 24 countries around the world and, at present, has offices in Italy, France, Serbia and Montenegro. In particular, in the last 15 years, in eastern Europe Alpina has worked in Montenegro, Greece, Georgia, Azerbaijan.

The turnover in 2024 achieved 16 M€, constantly increasing in recent years.

Today Alpina’s staff is about 125 people, organized in 4 technical departments:

• TRANSPORTS (roads, highways, railways)

• HYDROLOGY & HYDRAULICS (hydropower plants, hydro-infrastructures, marine structures)

• STRUCTURES & UNDERGROUND (civil structures, tunnels, soil improvements, special foundations)

• BUILDINGS & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
