Comte Bureau

Comte Bureau is a multidisciplinary Norwegian agency working at the intersection of society, technology, and design. We help public and private organizations understand complex challenges and turn insight into concrete action. Using methods from service design, innovation, and strategy, we develop solutions that create lasting value for people, organizations, and society as a whole.

In initiatives like Rebuild Ukraine, Comte Bureau contributes with experience in co-creation, user insight, and systemic design, building solutions that not only repair but renew and strengthen. We believe in collaboration, in sharing knowledge, and in developing the future together with the people who will live and work within it.

One key area we would like to explore with potential partners is housing and city development, as we have been working with that both locally and as members of the New European Bauhaus.
