Impactful changes require an enabling environment. We can provide our partner countries with public grants to fund infrastructure projects that cannot attract commercial loans. Other financing routes may be closed because the funding costs cannot be repaid, usually due to low revenues. As a Dutch state-owned financing organisation, we are able to support innovative and sustainable solutions and impactful projects worldwide. Our goal is to deliver on SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) and SDG 13 (limit and adapt to climate change) by investing in high impact public infrastructure projects. These provide long-term solutions to global challenges, such as water pollution.
