Monitor ERP Implementation & Manufacturing Consulting

Replace systems like 1C and manual spreadsheets with an established European manufacturing standard.

At PBS, we help manufacturing enterprises transition from outdated software (like 1C) and scattered Excel files to Monitor ERP — Sweden’s leading ERP system built on 50 years of industrial experience.

Monitor ERP is not a generic accounting software adapted for production. It is a specialized, out-of-the-box standard developed specifically for manufacturing plants to manage real shop-floor operations.

What we deliver:

• Full Production Control: Integrated bill of materials (BOM), shop-floor scheduling, machine capacity planning, and automated material requirements (MRP).

• Accurate Costing & Traceability: Real-time visibility into actual unit costs, inventory turnover, and scrap rates.

• EU Supply Chain Readiness: Transparent operations and quality traceability required to qualify as an approved supplier for Western and European OEMs.

• Practical Implementation: We are industrial practitioners, not just software resellers. We optimize your operational workflows before and during deployment so the system works for your plant floor, not just the office.

Who this is for: Owners, CEOs, and plant managers of Ukrainian manufacturing companies (metalworking, machinery, equipment, electronics, and precision components) ready to modernize production and scale operations.
