We can support governments, public bodies, financial institutions, investors, project developers, businesses and international partners with the practical legal and governance arrangements needed to make projects fundable, accountable and deliverable.

Our support can include development and blended finance structures, funding and grant arrangements, procurement and commercial contracts, project and corporate governance, risk and compliance, public-sector accountability, donor and funder requirements, and the legal frameworks needed to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in projects where international funding, public-sector participation, private investment and complex delivery arrangements need to be brought together in a practical way.
