Housing for Ukraine

Pre-made modular high energy efficient Scandinavian living standard apartments in 2-5 floors. First project will be delivered in Borodyanka Community during early Q1/2025. The homes by Moelven Byggmodul was in October 2024 approved by State company «Ukraine Finance Housing Company» to be bought by citizens through the yeOselia program on special terms and conditions ( interest rates and down payment programs). The market for new homes is estimated by the World Bank and Ukraine Authorities to be approx valued at USD 90 billion. With pre-made deliveries we will scale fast and deliver new homes in large volumes the next years, starting now. There is a need for more than 2,5 million new homes, Ukraine housing industry must use this opportunity to transition from old type to construction to environmental sustainable, and build fast for the internal displace persons of Ukraine (5,5 millions in 2025) to have a new place called "my home".
