Modernization of water equipment treatment facilities

The goal is to improve the reliability of water supply and the conditions of stay of employees by modernizing the building and equipment.

It is planned to carry out work on the modernization of the facade of the building, to carry out measures to insulate the facade, to implement energy-efficient measures, to overhaul filters, to replace technological pumps, to reconstruct heating with the installation of a heat pump.

Description of treatment facilities:
-the building houses a laboratory for studying the quality of drinking water, lighting filters, contact filters, a tank-pool, a transformer:
-the total area of the building is 3204.3 m2;
-the area of the first floor is 1753.1 m2;
-the area of the second floor is 1451.2 m2;
-transformer room - 63 m2;
-laboratory - 78.8 m2;
-filtering area - 971.9 m2;
-other premises - 2090.6 m2;
-the height of the building is 8.2 m;
-the roof area is 1991 m2;
