Key Dates

  • Applications: open 30 Jan – 30 Apr 2026

  • Budget: €26.5 million total

  • Grant size: €0.5–4 million per project

  • Funding rate: up to 90% subsidy (min. 10% own contribution)

  • Project duration: 6 months – 4 years (start within 2 months of award)

Who Can Apply

  • Lead applicant: a Dutch company or NGO.

  • Partnership: at least one Dutch and one local (Ukrainian) organisation.

  • Projects must be non-profit and address market failures (not commercially fundable).

Priority Sectors

  1. Healthcare – recovery/expansion of services; MHPSS aligned with WHO standards.

  2. Water – restore water supply and purification infrastructure.

  3. Circular Construction – housing, social infrastructure, resource-efficient design.

  4. Renewable Energy – decentralised generation, storage, green gas; off-grid for hospitals/schools.

  5. Agriculture – agrologistics (storage, cooling, irrigation, distribution).
