Who Can Apply

Lead applicant: a Dutch company or NGO.

Partnership: at least one Dutch and one local (Ukrainian) organisation.

Projects must be non-profit and address market failures (not commercially fundable).

Healthcare – recovery/expansion of services; MHPSS aligned with WHO standards.

Water – restore water supply and purification infrastructure.

Circular Construction – housing, social infrastructure, resource-efficient design.

Renewable Energy – decentralised generation, storage, green gas; off-grid for hospitals/schools.

Agriculture – agrologistics (storage, cooling, irrigation, distribution).
