About

Senad HLWC for Mobile Housing Production and Infrastructure Systems

Wostman is applying the Senad HLWC material system to power a mobile production platform focused on scalable, low-cost housing. The concept is centred around standardised apartment modules, allowing for repetitive, high-efficiency assembly that keeps production costs low and output consistent.

The mobile plant is designed to support a wide range of construction tasks beyond panel production, including:

  • Foundation injection and stabilisation,

  • Septic system construction and sealing,

  • Adhesive production for panel bonding,

  • Exterior finishing through spray application.

Senad HLWC’s unique formulation allows for the integration of crushed rubble and reinforcing fibres, enhancing both strength and sustainability. This is particularly effective in basement slabs, where reclaimed material binds exceptionally well with the Senad matrix—offering both performance and circularity benefits.

The system accommodates multiple structural formats—including CLT, standard concrete, and steel—making it highly adaptable to different building methods. Plumbing and electrical systems are embedded directly in the floor slab, reducing on-site installation work and enabling precision-built modules.

Factory Configuration and Assembly Process

The full mobile plant is expected to include:

  • Seven trailers, one of which serves as a worker service cabin with rest facilities and operational control.

  • A mobile RO (reverse osmosis) water purification unit, ensuring consistent water quality on remote or undeveloped sites.

  • Two cement silos to support continuous production without dependency on local material delivery.

  • A generator to provide reliable, autonomous power for all plant operations.

  • A crane truck, selected according to task and terrain requirements.

Final module assembly takes place within a 15 × 7 metre tent structure with 7 metres internal height, offering a controlled, weather-protected environment. The system is designed for efficient operation with minimal crew, allowing fast installation of panels, embedded systems, and structural integration prior to site placement.

By combining mobility, material innovation, and integrated systems design, Wostman’s mobile Senad HLWC platform enables advanced construction solutions in regions with limited infrastructure, high demand, or post-crisis recovery needs.
