In my professional roles, I repeatedly encountered the challenge of juggling multiple Excel files for project oversight and financial tracking. This approach often led to data duplication, version-control complications, and a high risk of manual errors. Recognizing the need for a unified, real-time and collaborative solution, I drew on my experience in project management, and financial control of research and innovation projects to develop a custom Airtable application. By uniting project tasks, budget oversight, and reporting timelines, this Airtable solution delivers a streamlined, real-time environment that drives informed decision-making and eliminates many of the pitfalls associated with traditional multi-spreadsheet setups.
