My organisation
About me
I hold a Master's degree in Fishery Biology and Aquaculture and currently work as an Assistant Professor (on contract). My research interests include fish processing, value addition, post-harvest technology, seafood packaging, and quality assurance. I gained valuable hands-on experience during my internship at ICAR-CIFT, where I worked in both the Packaging and Extension Sections. This helped strengthen my technical as well as outreach capabilities. I am actively seeking MSCA PhD opportunities that combine applied research with real-world industry needs. In the future, I aim to contribute to both the seafood industry and academic sector through innovative research, teaching, and technology transfer.
