Seeking candidates for MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship on the integrative metabolomic approaches to explore grapevine–microorganism interactions
About
A major research axis in the LVEB lab concerns the evaluation of innovative biological solutions, particularly mycorrhization, and their effects on grapevine physiology and metabolism. The objective is to understand how these symbiotic interactions modulate plant metabolic responses, enhance resilience to trunk pathogens, and contribute to the development of more sustainable disease management strategies.
Within this framework, the proposed postdoctoral project may focus on the development of integrative metabolomic approaches to explore grapevine–microorganism interactions, the identification of metabolic biomarkers of resistance or bioprotection, and the valorization of metabolomics as a decision-support tool for the design of innovative and environmentally friendly viticultural practices.
