DeepECO-SEA: Digital Ecosystem-Based Marine Spatial Planning with AI Integration
About
I am developing a project idea for a potential Doctoral Network under MSCA. The proposed project — DeepECO-SEA — focuses on marine spatial planning, AI-supported environmental impact assessment, and digital monitoring systems to support sustainable ocean governance.
The idea is being shaped within the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of Türkiye. Although the project is not yet funded, I am actively seeking partners to form a consortium. I am also interested in applying as a PhD fellow within this network, particularly on digital solutions for marine ecosystem monitoring and AI-based planning tools.
