Vendor-Neutral Software Stack for Hybrid Quantum-HPC Orchestration
Co-Founder & CEO at Qoro

About
Qoro Quantum is a UK-incorporated quantum software company and member of the STFC DeepTech Catalyst programme at Harwell. We develop the software stack that turns a quantum testbed into a usable, schedulable, developer-accessible platform — and we are seeking to join a ProQure phase 1 bid as a software subcontractor to a UK hardware lead.
We bring our full stack, Dedicato, to a ProQure consortium, including:
-
Divi — a Python SDK centred on automated problem partitioning and parallelisation across heterogeneous quantum-classical infrastructure, lowering the barrier for end users to develop against the testbed.
-
Composer — high-performance C++ orchestration and scheduling across heterogeneous CPU, GPU and QPU resources; the core capability needed to run integrated workloads on a real testbed, with an hardware-aware optimisation pipeline.
-
Maestro — simulation framework for development, validation and benchmarking ahead of, and alongside, QPU access. Also a multimodal high-performance C++ quantum simulation framework for automated development pipelines and realistic error-correction research, including coherent noise modelling beyond standard Pauli channels.
Fit with ProQure: the competition requires delivery of an integrated hardware + software quantum computing system with an operational testbed by July 2028, and explicitly weights user adoption and developer ecosystem outcomes alongside hardware milestones. Hardware capability sits with QPU vendors; the software layer that makes the testbed usable, schedulable across classical and quantum resources, and accessible to a developer community is exactly Qoro's domain. Our stack is production-ready, addresses these secondary objectives directly, and is designed from the outset for heterogeneous orchestration rather than retrofitted to it.
What we are looking for: hardware-led UK applicants (trapped-ion, neutral-atom, photonic, superconducting, or other QPU modalities) building a ProQure phase 1 bid who need a credible, integrated software partner. We can scope our engagement to the lead's preferred subcontracting structure within ProQure's single-legal-entity rules — including SDK and orchestration integration, simulation infrastructure for the consortium, and developer-ecosystem work packages.
We are ready to engage immediately on technical scoping, work-package definition, and joint architecture ahead of the 29 May 2026 deadline.
