Atelierul de Idei Train-IC SRL (AdI) is a Romanian social enterprise and European innovation actor recognised for pioneering the integration of ethical AI, diversity & inclusion, and human-centred digital transformation. As of 2025, AdI has consolidated its role as a Living Lab for GoodTech, leveraging co-creation, responsible research, and participatory design to shape trustworthy technology and equitable workplaces.
In 2025, AdI achieved ENoLL Adherent Membership for the GoodTech Ethical AI Living Lab, following a rigorous evaluation confirming its adherence to the Living Lab principles of openness, real-life experimentation, multi-stakeholder co-creation, and measurable societal impact. This recognition positions AdI among Europe’s emerging competence centres for applied ethics and inclusive digital transformation.
