Moebiusol is a medtech innovation company founded in 2006, originally focused on importing premium medical products from Germany. Its evolution into a healthcare technology provider began with the development of a prototype portable telemedicine system in collaboration with the Romanian Space Agency. This early solution integrated local and remote medical device connectivity for use in remote or constrained environments.

Since 2021, Moebiusol has specialized in delivering advanced system and solution architecture for medical technology corporates, with a strong focus on scalable, standards-compliant platforms. In 2025, following the acquisition of CCLMed, the company integrated a mature telemedicine system into its portfolio and significantly expanded its capabilities in virtual care delivery.

Currently, Moebiusol is developing its first in-house product line, beginning with the Personal Health Assistant—an AI-powered, day-to-day digital health companion aimed at supporting healthy lifestyles and individual performance goals. Still in the design and early development phase, this initiative reflects the company’s growing focus on personalized, intelligent health technologies.
