I am Alena Baida, Co-Founder of Prodigy AI Solutions. My background combines digital marketing, online growth strategies, and AI adoption for healthcare and productivity tools. I am passionate about bridging technology with real healthcare needs, reducing doctors’ administrative workload, and expanding access for underserved communities. 

Beyond my technical and marketing expertise, I bring strong problem-solving skills, a high level of multitasking and adaptability, and a passion for learning, challenges, and non-standard solutions. After relocating to Italy, I built a new professional foundation from scratch, studying a new discipline and successfully establishing myself in a different environment. This resilience and determination now drive me to take full responsibility for building my first startup.

I am supported by my co-founder, an experienced ML engineer and software developer with more than 20 years of expertise, combining my entrepreneurial vision and marketing strength with his deep technical background to create impactful AI solutions.

**Born on March 24, 1973 in Gomel, Belarus. Since 2005 I have been living in Italy.
**Professional with over 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and PPC Management, specialized in running and optimizing large-scale, multilingual, and multi-GEO advertising campaigns across international platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Yandex, etc.).

Since 2025, I am the Co-Founder of Prodigy AI Solutions, an innovative startup focused on leveraging AI and Machine Learning for business process automation, agritech, and healthcare. I currently lead the development of Dr. Avatar, a hands-free multilingual AI triage assistant designed to reduce physicians’ administrative workload and improve equitable access to healthcare.
