Consortium partners for NPHub – Precision Medicine & Health Data Platform (TRL 6–8)

CEO at Fondazione Scientifica

Rome, Italy

About

NPHub is an interregional precision medicine hub led by a research-performing non-profit organisation based in Lazio, Italy. It addresses a key European challenge: fragmented access to genomic diagnostics, advanced therapies, interoperable health data and translational pathways, particularly for rare diseases and paediatric conditions.

The project integrates four core components:

  • genomic and biomarker-based stratification,

  • secure and interoperable health data infrastructure for research and clinical decision support,

  • translational testbeds for AI-enabled therapeutic development, including RNA-based approaches,

  • ecosystem coordination across clinicians, researchers, patient organisations and industrial partners.

NPHub builds on existing infrastructure and initiatives in Lazio and Abruzzo, with current maturity at prototype/pilot level. The objective is to advance integrated use cases toward TRL 6–8 within a Joint Interregional Project (JIP).

We are seeking partners to form a cross-border consortium for PRECISEU and other European initiatives.

We are looking for:

  • clinical centres (rare diseases and paediatric precision medicine),

  • hospitals and biobanks for multicentre validation,

  • research institutions and universities,

  • health data and digital health providers,

  • biotech, pharma and diagnostics companies,

  • patient organisations and public stakeholders.

We offer:

  • existing laboratory infrastructure (3,000+ sqm),

  • a research-driven and translational platform,

  • coordination of consortium building and project structuring.

The initiative aims to deliver measurable impact in earlier diagnosis, targeted therapies, improved data interoperability and equitable access to precision medicine across regions.
