What if patients could maintain healthier behaviors between visits — without increasing clinicians’ workload?

About
BLOOMI is a digital longitudinal monitoring platform designed to improve therapeutic adherence and patient support in chronic and oncology care. The platform is already operating in real clinical environments through ongoing studies and collaborations with hospitals and healthcare teams.
Through the BLOOMI app, patients generate longitudinal behavioral, contextual and clinical data in real-world conditions. These data are combined with behavioral science methodologies to better understand therapeutic trajectories, personalize content and interactions, and improve long-term adherence outside traditional episodic care models.
For healthcare providers, BLOOMI is being evaluated as a tool to support earlier identification of therapeutic deviation, improve continuity of care between visits, provide structured insights for patient follow-up and help healthcare teams make more efficient use of clinical resources.
Over the next two years, this infrastructure will support the development of BLOOMI-MODEL, an adaptive inference system designed to develop and validate an adaptive inference system capable of identifying early patterns of functional destabilization and dynamically adapt patient support within routine clinical workflows.
