About

The Austrian Chips Competence Center (AT-C³) is one of Europe’s first competence centers funded by the European Chips Act Program. It acts as a “One-Stop-Shop” for companies and research organizations along the Electronic & Software-Based Systems (ESBS) value chain, focusing on supporting SMEs and startups.

AT-C³ offers funding through up to 80%-funded ESTP* projects in the following domains:

  • Materials & Process Innovation, Sustainable synthesis, lifetime prediction, and performance optimization

  • Chip Design & System Integration. Consulting and support in chip and package design, including electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge

  • Semiconductor Manufacturing. Consulting and support in prototype manufacturing including redesign, assembly and test

AT-C³ provides access to EU design platform and pilot lines

AT-C³ provides FREE access to dedicated skills & training programs

At-C³ provided access to the EU chips fund & financial services
