SevenGen is backed by the European Investment Fund and a group of institutional and entrepreneurial investors. We typically invest using structured equity (including convertibles, ratchets and earn-outs) to balance downside protection with growth capital. Our mandate is Article 9 aligned and focused on long-term value creation.
