Lauren E Jackson is a globally recognized leader in regulatory strategy and project execution within the life sciences industry. With over 20 years of experience guiding complex programs across medical device and biotech sectors, Lauren specializes in translating regulatory frameworks into scalable, enterprise-aligned operations.

As Senior Regulatory PMO at Dexcom and a contributing author of Fundamentals of Medical Device Regulations: A Global Perspective, she brings a uniquely pragmatic approach to regulatory readiness—anchoring compliance as a strategic driver rather than a constraint.

Lauren is known for spearheading transformative initiatives including EU MDR remediation, global MLR modernization, and enterprise-wide PMO transitions. She excels in building high-impact cross-functional teams, aligning strategy with execution, and delivering value at scale.
