Dr. Chen’s research focuses on the integration and mining of omics big data, non-coding RNA bioinformatics, biological network modeling, and precision medicine. His areas of interest include: (1) Identification, prediction, and functional regulation analysis of miRNA/siRNA, lncRNA, and circRNA; (2) Constructing integrated multi-level biological networks in plants; (3) Developing novel approaches integrating bioinformatics for studying disease mechanisms and discovering potential drug targets; (4) Developed and maintained a Bioinformatics Server.
