Fluence Technology

Fluence Technology is a Polish manufacturer of ultrafast lasers for precision micromachining. Our lasers give manufacturers capabilities that conventional machining, etching or standard lasers cannot: processing the hardest, most brittle and most heat-sensitive materials with micron precision and zero heat damage.

What this means in practice:

• cutting and drilling glass, sapphire and ceramics without microcracks or chipping,

• machining semiconductors with no thermal degradation and higher yield,

• cutting composites and technical textiles without delamination or burnt edges,

• permanent marking and traceability codes that don't alter material properties or corrosion resistance,

• surface micro- and nanostructuring — functional textures, precision apertures, mold texturing,

• glass welding — joining glass to glass or metal hermetically, with no adhesives.

One lasers cover multiple processes: operating parameters adjust to the application, so a single source can serve cutting, drilling, marking and structuring — reducing equipment cost and qualification effort.

Our application laboratory works directly on customer materials: we run feasibility studies, develop the process and support you through implementation — from the laser source to a running production process. You bring the challenge — we prove it works before you invest.
