Post AI Systems develops capability architectures, collaborative R&D structures and governed AI-enabled delivery systems for complex, high-accountability innovation environments.

Our role is to create coherence across the elements that must come together for a capability to become technically credible, operationally relevant and executable: operational requirements, priority use cases, technical assets, complementary technologies, partner contributions, development gaps, validation logic and evidence.

We work with technology organisations, research partners and multidisciplinary consortia to structure these elements into a shared capability architecture. This can include operational-requirement and use-case mapping, technical-asset and contribution mapping, complementary-technology and dependency analysis, readiness and gap assessment, partner-role definition, collaborative R&D architecture, work-package interfaces, demonstration and validation logic, and evidence responsibilities.

For European collaborative R&D, we can contribute as a defined project partner responsible for capability-development and integration activities, including requirements and use-case structuring, capability and partner-contribution mapping, R&D architecture, demonstration and validation planning, evidence structures and cross-partner integration. We can also help originate and structure new collaborative concepts around technologies that require complementary capabilities, partners or validation pathways.

We also design governed consortium-intelligence systems: AI-enabled environments that structure and connect requirements, technical inputs, partner contributions, evidence, assumptions, decisions and approved project artefacts while maintaining human responsibility, review gates, traceability and clear accountability. These systems combine proven AI, automation and information-management technologies with explicit governance rather than replacing technical or operational judgement.

Post AI Systems does not replace specialist engineering authority. We work across technical, operational and organisational interfaces so that specialist contributions can be understood as parts of one coherent capability and translated into a structured collaborative R&D programme.

Our experience includes more than 15 years in European collaborative programmes, multidisciplinary project development and consortium coordination, including approximately €50 million in European Commission-funded activities and work with more than 350 consortium partners across research organisations, technology companies, public authorities and specialist organisations.

We e are particularly interested in collaborative R&D where multiple technologies, organisations and evidence streams must be integrated into a defensible capability-development structure. Relevant areas include defence AI and digital systems, complex technology integration, operational capability development, demonstration and validation, consortium intelligence, and high-accountability collaborative R&D delivery.
