Materia Naranja is an innovation and knowledge management consultancy specialising in territorial transformation, ecosystem development, and capability orchestration. We identify and map the actors, relationships, capabilities, assets, and opportunities that shape territorial and innovation ecosystems, producing territorial potential maps that help reveal complementarities and guide strategic priorities.

Knowledge Integration and Strategic Alignment
We integrate research results, data, stakeholder experience, and tacit knowledge to turn them into shared priorities, decision-making frameworks, and coherent innovation strategies.

Participatory Methodologies and Co-creation
We design and implement multi-stakeholder processes that support citizen participation, the development of shared visions, collaborative decision-making, and solution validation.

Innovation Monitoring and Implementation Roadmaps
We develop indicators, innovation barometers, governance models, and roadmaps that support progress monitoring, guide decision-making, facilitate solution adoption, and strengthen project continuity.
