SolidUltra

SolidUltra is a developing next-generation Solid-State Transformer technology purpose-built for GenAI data centers. As the industry shifts toward 800VDC power distribution to support GPU racks reaching 1MW+, SolidUltra's MV-SST connects medium voltage grids (20 or 34.5kVAC) directly to 800VDC — eliminating the low-frequency transformer and multiple conversion stages of conventional power chains. The result is twice fewer losses, four times more compact footprint, and ten times lower CO₂ equivalent versus traditional architectures, at over 98% efficiency. The modular design scales in 300kW steps to 10MW+, with rack-insertable modules field-replaceable in under 15 minutes. Aligned with NVIDIA's 800VDC transition roadmap and targeting commercial launch in 2028, SolidUltra is the only modular, European, data-center-focused SST solution.
