Warehouse systems know a barcode was scanned, but not what physically went into the box. When an operator validates an order line or closes a box, our system places a digital marker in the video stream. Staff can then retrieve a 10-second clip for any order number and see whether it left complete or where the error happened. The layer works alongside existing warehouse, ERP and e-commerce systems without replacing them, and reveals recurring root causes such as poor lighting, packaging issues or wrong locations.
