Multimodal supervision & decision-support platform for critical-entity resilience (TRL 6-7)

Nextérité is a French SME (founded 2014, offices in Paris and Madrid) developing AI-driven smart-mobility software for public authorities, métropoles, régions and port operators in France and abroad. Our suite covers real-time multimodal supervision (ViaPro), public passenger information (ViaFacil), real-time semantic alerting (nextAlert), origin–destination and flow analysis (Trajespace) and predictive projection (Praevio).

For an INFRA-03 consortium, we bring a mature, operational supervision and decision-support platform (TRL 6-7) that we will extend toward critical-entity resilience: automated network criticality and vulnerability mapping; fusion of multi-hazard exposure (coastal flooding and storm surge, heatwaves, wildfires, high winds) with real-time operational data; modelling of cascading and interdependency effects across transport–energy–telecom; a what-if scenario and predictive engine for stress-testing and crisis anticipation; and a crisis cockpit delivering real-time situational awareness, degraded-mode operation and continuity/recovery sequencing, interoperable with civil-protection systems and alerting standards (CAP, DATEX II).

A key differentiator is our access to French port and transport practitioners (port authorities, multimodal transport operators, métropoles), which directly supports the topic's mandatory practitioner requirement, with candidate pilot sites at European port and metropolitan transport nodes (e.g. Le Havre, Dunkerque).

We are ready to act as technical/platform lead — owning the supervision and decision-support work package and contributing to pilots, exploitation and standardisation — within a consortium led by an experienced coordinator. We are seeking partners in multi-hazard/NaTech and cascading-effects risk modelling, Earth Observation (Copernicus), cyber/hybrid-threat resilience, and SSH/ethics.
