MIBIOTRACE, a spin-off from the University of Santiago de Compostela, is dedicated to accelerating drug development through the use of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and advanced quantitative imaging. Our methodology enables comprehensive in vivo assessment of biodistribution, target engagement, and elimination pathways of novel biological compounds, using longitudinal study designs and a reduced number of animals.

Powered by our proprietary TheraPET4D technology, we generate robust, quantitative biomarkers that provide precise insight into how much of a compound reaches its intended target and effectively binds to it. This approach offers a dynamic, real-time understanding of drug behavior in living systems, significantly improving decision-making in early-stage development.
