It is crucial for me to understand the company's values, current situation and goals as well as it is crucial to identify the candidate's motivation, required skills and desired qualities and their proven track record. I find my job extremely interesting and challenging.

I serve my clients by managing executive search assignments, professional recruitments, candidate assessments and I support the company's management as well as other key personnel, e.g. through business coaching.
